Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is recommended and respected when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice due to scheduling on the same day, but you still cancel or no show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the actual session fee directly. You may be required to place a deposit prior to/or at the time of booking your next appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to not show up/answer to their appointment will be considered a “no-show.” They will not be able to reschedule without a deposit first, prior to their next scheduled appointment. Ex: Therapist arrives at the client's service location and the client becomes M.I.A and no service is rendered.

Late Arrivals
If you are not prepared when your therapist arrives, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late the session starts, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time, as will your therapist!
